📅 Session Dates:

U9/U11: Monday, August 18 | 2:00-3:00 PM
Tuesday, August 19 | 9:00-10:00 AM

U13/U15: Monday, August 18 | 3:00-4:00 PM
Tuesday, August 19 | 10:00-11:00 AM

💲 Cost: $50 for both sessions

🎁 Bonus Session:
Join us for an optional Nutritional Talk on Monday, August 18 from 7:00-8:00 PM in the Minor Hockey Room.

👟 About Coach Eva:
Eva is a certified NCCP coach through Skate Canada and a certified Power Skating Coach. She conducted Power Skating Sessions with RMHA last season, receiving excellent feedback. Her sessions focus on reinforcing power skating skills and implementing techniques tailored to different levels of skaters.
